Anjanette Stehlgens

New Jersey Native, I grew up in the shore area in Seaside Park, NJ. Prior to my career in residential real estate, I was a Nurse and then entered Senior Living as a Director of Sales & Executive Director. Over a period of 15 years, my positions with national senior living communities included sales, management and ultimately liaison for the company's home office in Richmond, Virginia. Housing has always been highly attractive to me. As I built my sales career, I helped families and our senior community find the right apartment or home in an assisted community and assist in decorating and making it a home they are comfortable in for the rest of their lives. Perhaps unconsciously, I built an excellent foundation for real estate success: I have a proven background in sales, first-hand knowledge of what makes houses "work," and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. When I made the decision to become a Realtor, it was an obvious step in the right direction – and I have never looked back. All true professionals know their strengths, and I am no exception. I have always been considered a "big-picture" thinker who plays out alternative scenarios; I strive for excellence in all that I do and will excel at any given task; I am enthusiastic, optimistic, and an accomplished communicator. Families have found working with me to flow very easily. When not working, I am a busy mom, wife, an active reader and crafter. I enjoy being outdoors horseback riding and taking in nature. My husband and I, personally reside in Atascocita with two of our 3 children and our many fur-babies. We spend many weekends out on ranches in the Hill Country, enjoying the beautiful landscape and wildlife with our children. When we travels, it varies throughout our fabulous state of Texas to anywhere that has a beach with waves.
